Eligibility Criteria

  • Any Graduation with minimum 50%
  • Regular stream of education: SSLC/SSC, HSC and Graduation (10+2+ Graduation under regular stream)
  • Work Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in Bank/ NBFCs/ Financial Institutions

 Age Limit

  • Maximum Age limit: 28 Years
  • 5 years of age relaxation for SC/ST candidates

Salary

  • Total CTC at the time of joining will be between Rs.4.86 lakhs to 5.04 lakhs per annum (inclusive of NPS contribution, Insurance Premium and Variable Pay based on performance.)

Selection Process

  • Online Test, Group Discussion, and Personal interview.
  • Online Test (Remote Proctored Mode): The Online Test will be conducted in remote proctored mode, allowing candidates to attend the test from their home using a desktop or laptop. During the test, the candidate’s webcam, microphone, and screen will be monitored to ensure the integrity of the examination.
  • Candidates must ensure availability of a Windows desktop or laptop with a stable internet connection. Detailed system and browser requirements will be communicated separately to candidates shortlisted for the test.
  • Mere eligibility will not vest any right on the applicant for being called for the Recruitment Process
  • The Bank reserves the right to make required modifications in the selection process considering the number of applications for the post and decide the number of applicants to be called for the final recruitment Process.
  • In matters regarding eligibility and selection, Bank’s decision will be final, and no further correspondence will be entertained.
