Eligibility Criteria
Contractual tenure: 1 year for ESM, 11 months for civilians (renewable based on performance)
Basic qualification, work experience, and other terms as per ECHS norms

Salary/Stipend
Female Attendant/Safaiwala: Rs. 21,800 per month
Gynecologist/Radiologist: Rs. 1,30,000 per month
Medical Officer: Rs. 95,000 per month
Pharmacist/Nursing Assistant: Rs. 36,500 per month
DEO/Clerk: Rs. 29,200 per month
Clerk in lieu of Driver: Rs. 25,600 per month
Age Limit (as on 04-12-2025)
Ex-Servicemen appointments may be extended by another year, civilians for 11 months (renewable)
As per post requirement and ECHS rules (generally retirement age for medical staff in contract roles)
