Eligibility Criteria
- Essential Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized University.
- Minimum Service: Minimum 05 (Five) years regular service in the respective Department as on 30.11.2025.
- Initial Appointment: Initial appointment in parent organization/department done through direct recruiting agency.
- Speed in Shorthand:
- English: 60 WPM
- Hindi: 60 WPM
- Speed in Typing on Computer:
- English: 35 WPM
- Hindi: 30 WPM
Salary/Stipend
- The selected candidates will be posted in H.P. Secretariat on secondment basis in their own pay scale.
Selection Process
- The candidates will be required to qualify shorthand test either in Hindi or English in the first instance.
- Along with typing test on computer in English as well as Hindi.
