Eligibility Criteria
- Scientific Officer: At least 2nd Class Master’s Degree in Forensic Science/ Chemistry/ Bio Chemistry, MS/M. Pharma from a recognized University. Three years post M.Sc./Ms/M.Pharma experience in research training and analytical work in one of the above subjects issued by the research supervisor or Head of the organization/Department. (Research work done for doing Ph.D. Degree shall be counted in total experience).
- Assistant Director: At least 2nd Class Master Degree in Forensic Science/ Physics/ Mathematics/Multimedia Forensics from a recognized University. Seven years post M.Sc. experience in one of the above subjects issued by the research supervisor or Head of the organization/Department. (Research work done for doing Ph.D Degree shall be counted in total experience). Ph. D Degree with experience of working in Forensic examination of voice samples will be preferred
Age Limit
- Minimum Age Limit: 18 Years
- Maximum Age limit: 45 Years
- Age relaxation is applicable as per rules.
Application Fee
- The candidates of General, General Physically Disabled (orthopedically disabled, Deaf & Dumb and Hearing Impaired), Economic Weaker Section (EWS) (not included in BPL category), Wards of Freedom Fighter categories (WFF), Ward of General – ExServicemen i.e. dependent sons, daughters and wives of Ex-Servicemen categories and General Ex-Servicemen of Himachal Pradesh who are relieved from the Defence Services on their own request before completion of their normal tenure of service under the Government of India. – Rs 600.00
- The Candidates of Other States (including reserved category(s) candidates of other states.): Rs 600.00
- The candidates of SC, ST, OBC, wards of SC/ST/OBC Freedom Fighter categories (WFF), wards of SC/ST/OBC Ex-Servicemen i.e. dependent sons, daughters and wives of Ex-Servicemen, EWS covered under UR – BPL categories of Himachal Pradesh and ExServicemen candidates of Himachal Pradesh belonging to SC, ST and OBC categories who are relieved from the Defence Services on their own request before completion of their normal tenure of service under the Government of India: Rs 150.00
- The Ex-Servicemen candidates of Himachal Pradesh who are relieved from the Defence Services after completion of their normal tenure of service under the Government of India and the Blind and Visually Impaired candidates of Himachal Pradesh are exempted from paying the examination fee: No fee
