Eligibility Criteria
Reservation/Relaxation as per Government of India norms.
Ph.D. degree holders are eligible to apply (Ph.D. must be completed).
Experience in the domain of Instrumentation, Quantum Optics, Quantum Computing, Neuromorphic Computing is highly desirable.
Candidates with outstanding research track record will be preferred.
IIT Mandi Ph.D. scholars are not eligible to apply for Institute PDF.
Salary/Stipend
30 days annual leave + Maternity leave (up to 3 months) for female candidates
Fresh Ph.D. : ₹80,000/- per month (consolidated)
Ph.D. + 1 year relevant experience : ₹85,000/- per month
Ph.D. + 2 years relevant experience : ₹90,000/- per month
Ph.D. + 3 years or more relevant experience : ₹95,000/- per month
Annual Research Grant : ₹1 Lakh per year (with carry forward facility)
Campus accommodation (if available) OR HRA as per rules
Medical benefits at Institute Health Centre (OPD only)
